Shipping Policy

  • Local Pick-Up: Storefront is opening with limited hours of operation. â€‹â€‹

  • Delivery Area & Fees: Only available for wholesale customers. No delivery fees, greater discount applied for in store pick up.

  • Preorders: No fee for pre orders for any ceramic show. Preorders can only be picked up during regular show hours. Any preorder with personalized items (items with names cut out) will require to deposit 10% of invoice total. Preorders must  be submitted to me 3 weeks prior to show set up date: 

  • Shipping Policy: All products are made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for shipping. Larger or more complex orders may take additional time. Customers are responsible for paying any shipping fees. Preferred carrier is FedEx, contact me for quotes with other carriers.​ Please contact me for bulk order deliveries to help save on shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Aside from bisque personalized items, payment is not required for orders until delivery of products. No returns, all sales are final. For damaged or imperfect product, please contact me for exchanges.
